Cannot Retrieve Files
I own a My Passwort WD P/NWDBAAA3200ABL-00, I cannot use it anymore and difficulty in opening it, I cannot retrieve my files, and when check the capacity is now only 500mb...is there somebody who can check if my unit is still okay? or can be repaired? Thank you very much...JAN P. KATALBAS
