Can Not Log In To My Western Digital Wdbctl0040hwt In Windows 11 System
Just now I connected the WDBCTL0040HWT memory to the power supply with my Windows 11 system and I can see the name of this memory, when I double-click the icon of this memory (or: right mouse button, click "view device web page"), I will directly enter the web interface, and display :"User Name, Password", when I enter "User Name / Password", and prompt : "Entered User Name or Password Is Incorrect, Please Re-enter (note: user name and password, It has not been changed, and it is recorded in my notepad)". When I used my Android phone to check "Network Neighbors", I could also find the WD storage device, but I couldn't log in to it.I would like to know how to reset the password in this case.
