Why Doesn't My Icemaker Make Ice? On Refrigerator Model #: Ed5pvexws
We have tried several things to try to figure it out. We replaced the PUR water filter, and the light went from red-to green-to red again. We checked the on/off valve and the wire arm to turn the ice on/off. We have had water dispensed, but no ice made still after two weeks.
