Noise During Water Dispensing

Recently changed filter; now there's a loud sound when dispensing. The closest I can come to describing it is playing cards being hit by bike spokes, but MANY times louder.

The water inlet valve might be at fault. The noise can be caused by a restriction in the valve from mineral deposits. If it is the water inlet valve that's loud during icemaker fill (or cold water dispensing if applicable) it will need to be replaced. It is not safe to take apart these valves as they can fail and flood after disassembly. I suggest you seek professional help.
