How Do I Get Refund On A New Whirlpool Gold Refrigerator Purchased That Is Broke

This Whirlpool Gold Refrig was broken when it was delivered. The delivery guy said it need a Memory board replace and inside cap was broken. It beeps all day & night keeping us awake. The ice maker takes 3-4 days to make 2 glasses of ice. I paid $2000k for a bad refrig. This needed to be pickup and replace with a working refrig. Please help. Thanks.
