Wfw9050xw01 Stuck On Heavy Duty Cycle

The cycle will not change, it's like the button can not be pressed.

More than likely the timer control has failed.  Check for loose or bad wiring connections on the unit. If none is found, then you will need to replace the control board on the unit.  Go to this page to check the part # for your unit.
