Options Button?

WHERE is the OPTIONS button my screen? I have a FAST ICE button where the pictures in the manual show OPTIONS but I HAVE NO OPTIONS BUTTON. HELP

Manuals from time to time don't reflect the actual current configuration of the product., and from what you say that may be the situation here. Another possibility of course is that your fridge suffers from a sample defect. In either case you need to call Whirlpool--see the contact information here: https://www.contacthelp.com/whirlpool/customer-service. The rep should be able either to give you guidance in the use of your fridge, or if necessary (assuming it's still under warranty) to replace or repair it.
