How Can We Trade, Exchange Or Deal For A Washer That Cleans?

We purchased a wtw8240ywo. We were taken in by the "saving water" HE line. It does NOT clean the clothes . In many loads long sleave items get knotted and pulled out of shape. Baby diapers are the worst. We called Whirlpool and were told to call a given certified repair company. A service man came out and suggested we use more water!!! Sometimes we rewash three and four times and still the closes are not clean and sometimes they are damaged, as in ruined.

Hi. If the product is still under warranty - you should be able to obtain a replacement free of charge from Whirlpool. Otherwise, given it is no effective in it intended purpose, the best way to dispose of it would be to sell it for parts or to appliances' recyclers.
