Safelink Customer Support

I have questions for two individuals. The first question is for myself and my name is Amanda Compton. I was supposed to get a replacement phone mailed to my at a male Friends address about 6 months ago and he is saying that he did not get it in the mail and I forgot my phone #. I was wondering if you could see if it was mailed, If he or someone else is using it, and I need a phone? The other question is for David and he is getting hurassment calls and texts on his safelink phone. He needs to put a stop to it and find out who is doing it? They are using different phone#s.
