There are several fm transmitters on the market. I have one of the early versions of "Whole House FM Transmitter.

It goes for about $100.00. It will broadcast line of sight 1/10 of a mile. Google it and you'll find more powerful transmitters but thet are more powerful than the FCC will without a license.
