are u getting any error message? if yes call xm technical support for further troubleshooting at 18009859200.. if ur not getting any but only have channel 0 1 and 247 just go www.siriusxm.com/refresh put in ur radio id and hit submit, it will refresh ur signal.. radio id can be found on channel 0.
