I called your telephone number but could not understand what your representative was saying with her accent (Indian?). Question is how can I get ESPN Channel 130 on my car radio?

You seem to be confusing us (an independent help site) with Sirius--but I'd answer your question if not for the fact that I don't know which XM radio model you have [there are many]. My recommendation is that you call back and if necessary frankly tell the rep that you can't understand her accent. She's almost certainly trained to connect you in that situation with another rep without an accent, likely one here in the states. In the worst case ask for a supervisor. (Or resubmit here, identifying the model.)
