Xerox Dc 250 Touch Screen Not Working. Help.

xerox dc 250 touch screen not working. Help. I touch the screen but no response. Try to start with holding numbers button 130, screen get blank. A little curser come up on the left and it goes up and down about 1 to 2 inches by touching the screen. It seem that touch screen work but software and touch screen is not commuincating. It seem, it is a glitch which I am not understanding. please help.
