How Can I Speak To An Agent About Moving Outside Wires?

We have a large old tree that has been decimated by Japanese Beetles and Is becoming very dangerous. All 3 of the rentals on the property have xfinity service; 2 are seniors, 1 is deaf. The wires need to be removed from the tree and relocated before we can cut down the tree. I was supposed to hear from an agent yesterday but no one called.

Maybe by this time you'd have received the promised call. If not:
  1. Complain to corporate; use the corporate contact information at http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/xfinity/Corporate%20Office..
  2. Complain to your state's consumer protection agency: see https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.

Consider filing a dispute with your credit/debit card company.. But bear in mind that even if the card company reverses the charge, the merchant may bypass your credit card company and pursue the charge in other ways.

In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like www.complaintsboard.com/, http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or https://www.yelp.com/, each of which may get action from the offending companies
