My Email Has Been Compromised

my email has been compromised.. they're asking for a security question which I've already answered but they're asking again for a Frequent flier number which I have no Idea what it is.. please help I need my account badly..

To be honest sounds like shenanigans.

Security question i can see but freequent flier number is actually able to get your credit card information. i'd advise contacting your email provider's support team(with an alter email).
