Sorry you have to deal with this problem, I know this can be quite stressful.

When a Yahoo Account is compromised (Hacked) and can't get into your account, you may use the following link for help accessing your account again. Which you should immediately change your password when you do.

A Compromised Account

Follow the steps for going to the submission page to Yahoo and fill in the form.
