Do not reply to it. No legitimate email host will EVER ask for logon info via an email. This is a hacker trying to get your logon info. It's called "phishing" because they are "fishing" for folks that will give them what they need to take over your account. Just look at the lowsy grammer in the email....

Forward the email to [email protected]", then delete it.

Do not click on any links in the email.
