I Can't Seem To Get The Yahoo Jigsaw Puzzle Rated. Why?

Yahoo is requiring that we rate the jigsaw puzzle before we can play it. I have been trying for over a week to get this now. I click on the stars to rate it but it I can't get it to work. Why?
