Cannot Access Email

unable to log in. customer service number does not work. can't send an email to get help because I can't log into my email

It could just be because the authentication servers are experiencing some problems, but if you logging into your account is time sensitive, then you could try going through steps to reset your password, after resetting it, it will take you to your email inbox. You will have to answer security questions you have chosen during your signing up process.
