How To Change Your Name And It Show On Sent Emails

I have been married for several years. It has become a problem that my married name does not appear with my email. I have changed my name in the account. Can my email reflect my married name when sending and receiving mail instead of my madien name. Or will I have to create a new account. I really don't want to create a new account because everything is tied to this account. Please help
