Somebody Sent Email From My Account!

Hi! For some strage reason the email you can find below was sent from my account to all my contacts I had in my Yahoo account. At the same time all my mails I had in my INBOX and SENT have been deleted. Also all my contacts I had in my account have been deleted. I really need all these contacts and mails (INBOX and SENT). Please could you restore it? I guess Yahoo makes back ups of all these information. Please take into consideration that I pay 19,99 USD every year to Yahoo for an upper level of customer service.
