Did Not Get Notice

My wife requested I add her from Kuwait. She sent it to me twice and it never came. WHY? How do I fix this issue? Can't we talk from US to Kuwait on our Messenger account? This is important to us as we are newly married. Mike Edging

Sorry for your problems. Open the Messenger Preferences window from the main window by clicking Messenger, and then selecting Preferences from the menu. You can check or uncheck the box to Automatically start Yahoo! Messenger.
