Paid For Small Business Package For $123.82 But No Records

Hi! I have paid for the Small Business package for $123.82 and got email confirmation both for the Order and Domain (StrandsGlobal.com) is now active. Everything was fine for a couple of days. But when I tried logging in again to the website it cannot be found. I checked the availability but it is not available. My order number is 164207602. Also when trying to ask to solve the problem the preset response is : Sorry! We offer phone and email support only to Small Business customers, and our records don't show any Small Business products associated with your Yahoo! ID.
