I Must Unlock My Yahoo Email Acct

i use as my primary email acct. it's been locked all day and i must retrieve an email which i cannot access.u cannot email there since i cant get in to read it. i can be reached at it is urgent that i gain access. please send me instructions how to lift the lock on my yahoo acct
