You will need to contact CS@ 800-730-2669 for assistance in correcting this issue.

How to reach a live person:
- This number will place you on hold waiting for Yahoo customer care. Get comfortable since hold time can be extremely long.
Hours of Operation:
- Mon-Fri: 6am - 6pm PT

2. I'm afraid the previous answer was overly optimistic by a wide margin. It may not be possible these days to reach a live representative by phoning Yahoo, and even trying can be inordinately time-consuming. (To try, call 800-318-0612 or 866-562-7219.) If you feel you need to turn to Yahoo for one-on-one support, I suggest that instead you submit this form; if necessary, Yahoo may phone you. Another option is to turn to Yahoo's community.
