My Remote Won't Turn On Or Higher The Volume

My remote sensor must be broken on my Yamaha DSP-A780 ,when i use my other yamaha remote to turnthe volume, or turn it on or off it won;t do anything,yet i have 4 other Yamaha amplifiers and there all different models their remote control's will work with each other no problem,but not with the dsp-a780i don't have the original remote for the dsp-a780,Thank You Patrick.
