Copyright Question

I am a dancer and choreographer. I choreograph dances and like to post my work online for friends and family to see. I often have videos removed from youtube and/or Facebook because of copyright issues. My question is, how can I post videos without having them removed? Or, how can I gain permission to use the songs in my videos? These videos are for entertainment purposes only and I just want to showcase my work. I don't make money from the posting of these videos. There are many videos on youtube that tell you how to avoid the copyright issue, but nothing seems to work. The latest video I posted had the name of the song, the artist, the year of the song, the album and the record label edited into the video and it was still removed. I also notice tons of youtube dance videos without any labels and those are not removed from the internet. I have over 3,000 subscribers who enjoy watching my videos. Whether the song is cut, edited or used in full, the same issue arises. How can I keep my videos on my youtube page without the issue of them being removed?

Um, don't include copyrighted material in your videos. Just because it's on the Internet doesn't mean you can just take it and put it in your video. It's not yours to take. That includes trademarks, video, music, spoken audio, lyrics, copyrighted books, magazine articles - anything that was created by a person.
