2 Program Problem

I am running ZA Extreme Security which is due for renewal on 09/27/22. I received a msg that 54.99 was charged for ZA Pro Antivirus+firewall and had download and license info. I thought it was update for my existing pgm, downloaded it, and was notified that it was incompatible with Win-7. It was then that I realized this was not my update. The ID for this pgm 91P53433HU7889, Inovice ID189394237. Today I was informed that you were processing my original update for 69.95.So I got charged for a pgm that was not ordered and will be charged for a update I can use. Could you arrange to bill the 15.00 for my needed update?
