Help Please
I paid two days ago, now it's stoppedworking at all, and ijust read other reviews i jist found that say terrible things about yall...., i cannot afford to be ripped off

If you're having doubts about the service, the first thing you should consider is to cancel your subscription--see https://help.zoosk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002541666-How-do-I-cancel-my-subscription-. If you can't get Zoosk to work, customer service (per the previous answer) may help; if not, promptly file a dispute with your bank.
