You should immediately log in to your eBay account, go the item in the "Won" and click on the link to contact the seller. Inform them that you haven't received the item. Hopefully there was a tracking number. If you don't get a response, click on "Report a Problem" in the dropdown menu that has Leave Feedback as the first item.
