How Can I Get 5 More Days Before The Cancellation Of My Case?

I gave the information regarding the cellphone I have to return to seller by phone last Nov. 9th, but I received a message today that you canceled my case. I need more time for the courier to deliver the devise. You said on the new message that you will give me 72 hours, but today is Friday and I do not think the courier EMS delivers on Sundays, so I need more time. the cellphone is on its way to be delivered to seller as per the information I got today from EMS. If my case is cancel for this, I will loose everything, the devise and the money and I do not think it is fare, because the devise was reported as stolen, so I could not use it at all on my trip. Please, let me know asap. Thanks
