Banned From Shopping Because Of Unpaid Items.

I have been banned from buying because I did not pay for several items. I was not notified that I had won those items. What can I do to correct this problem. I have always had a perfect record with ebay.

EBay is very lenient with deadbeat bidders, so you must have reneged on more than a "few" bids. Remember, your bid is a legally binding contract. It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your bids and to see if you have won anything.

You need to click on "My eBay" in the upper right hand corner of eBay's home page. The first thing that comes up is list of items you are watching, bidding on and items you have won. That is the best way to keep track of your bidding activity.

You will also need to verify that the email address they have on file is your current email address. EBay can be incompetent at times, so it's possible that they have the wrong contact information on file. They cannot inform you of any winning bids if you have an incorrect email address on file.
