Tell the seller that you left the negative feedback by mistake. The seller will then have to send you a "request feedback revision" email. When you get the email (check your eBay inbox or your regular email inbox) you have to agree to his request and then you should be able to revise the feedback to a positive.

It's a bit of a hassle, but you are doing the right thing to change an incorrect feedback. One negative feedback can do a lot of harm to a seller's reputation on eBay.
