Problem Detected Windows Have Been Shut Down How Do I Fix

turned computer on it started the error scanning when it finished this message came on [a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to protect damage to your computer, have done what it said to do still nothing, won't even start in safe mode. NEED HELP HOW DO I FIX?
