Disabled Account.
My account with you has been disabled. Why? My login ID is [email protected]. I have tried many times to reset my password so that I may purchase music with my $100.00 worth of gift cards. Every time I do, it says that my email address already has an existing account. I would really appreciate if you could assist me in this matter. I am about ready to contact the Better Business Bureau regaarding this. Thank you. Cynthia Shrock )
