Error -9813
when i want to purchase a app from the i tunes store it gives me error -9813

A lot of the time it depends what country you are in, try changing your country in "settings" at the bottom of iTunes. Change it to something like USA. As they seem to get everything first, it may just not be available for your country yet. But by doing this iTunes thinks you're there so it lets you download it. Hope this helps!! :)
