How To Change My Reservations

how can I change my hotel reservations when the website won't respond the phone numbers for 2 of there lines are no longer in existence, the phone line that does exist cuts me off and the help desk returns my email saying error and the online chat doesn't recognise the booking references that hotels.com has given me. Help, I have been trying for 3 weeks! M howel
