Nordic Track Elite 14.9 roller wheel pops off track

I just had my elliptical delivered from Sears. I tested it out today and the right roller wheel popped off like 3 times. I'm considering returning it for a better design. Too bad because the bells and whistles are really cool...but the wheel popping off is a deal breaker for me.
