If you want to cancel your AT&T U-verse service, you need to do it at the AT&T U-verse website  and not at HelpOwl.  Moreover, you're going to need to sign in at the site to go to My Account to do so.

Another easier way to cancel service would be to call AT&T U-verse at 1-800-288-2020 and go through the automated switchboard during business hours so that you can speak to a live person. Of course you can also do this 24/7 through the automated system.  Have your account number and password at the ready.
