Try resetting the primary TV - near the router most likely.
Press the AT&T button in the upper left corner of the remote. Did it flash red? If it didn't flash, try again. Do any of the top mode buttons flash when pressed? If not, time to change the batteries in the remote.
If the AT&T button did flash red when pressed, let's move on. Using the power button on the remote, turn off power.
Now holding the power button for 10 seconds, you should have a signal and either the last channel watched or a blue screen with a message to press the OK button on the remote. You should then be able to return to a channel.
If that doesn't work. Press the AT&T button on the remote. Then power off. Next hold the power button on the receiver until the receiver lights flash. Did the TV power on? Are you still getting the No Signal message?
Try this on the other TVs with AT&T receivers.
If you still have the No Signal message, it is time to call AT&T U-verse for Technical Support. 1-800-288-2020. You will get that automated switchboard. Depending upon when you call, other services will not be available person-to-person but Tech Support is 24/7 as long as you are willing to wait.
Tech Support can also run diagnostics on your sets from the office. They can also walk you through the above procedures again. The important thing is that they can help you determine if the problem was just resetting or if you actually need an on-site technician.
