Need Code To Access Voicemail On Cell Phone

We have 3 phones on our plan. My mother has the non-smart phone (408) 621-0908. She accessed her voicemail at least 6 months ago but does not remember having to enter in a code from her "administrator" She now needs a code to check if there are any voice mails.
