You asked for a detailed answer but did not provide the details from which to answer.

This link will open the Aer Lingus contact page. From that page you can select the country and then the phone number for assistance.

Did you read the special offer to Dublin at the Aer Lingus or at an online booking website.  Please have that link available.

You must pay applicable taxes, fees and charges imposed by government or other authority, or by the operator of an airport. If you do not use your confirmed reservation, you will be entitled to claim a refund of any taxes, fees and charges which you have paid, an administration fee will apply except for bookings originating in the USA.

On flights to or from the USA there is a Security surcharge in addition to the 9/11 security fee of $2.50 for deplanning in the USA as levied by the individual airport.

Ex-Ireland €5.00 per flight Ex-USA $6.00 per flight Ex-UK £8.00 per flight

There is also an Irish Government Departure tax, an excise duty on air travel charged by the Office of Revenue Commissioners.

In addition there is a fuel surcharge of long haul flights and is non-refundable

On Aer Lingus there are also checked baggage fees in Ireland/UK/Europe. The total allowed weight is 20kgs (44 lbs) for which there is a discount if you pay online up to 2 hours before departure.

There is also a longhaul fee to and from the USA.  23kg (50lbs) for Economy Low Fare and Economy Flex Fare.  Business class is 3 bags up to 69 kgs (150lbs) free.

This is not all but it should give you an idea of the extra fees which go with your low fare to Dublin.
