Uavailability Of In Flight Entertainment
The Cabin Crew offered a goodwill gesture due to the entertainment system being unavailable during our flight AC 895 from Dublin to Toronto on 27/7/12 which we have been unable to access/claim. Our seat numbers were 30D and 30E. The respective claim codes are # AAA841CQBP and AAA8417VVR. Can you please advise how this can be resolved.
