Usb Options

I have been trying to use a thumb drive with about 3 hours worth of songs on it. I can listen to them all on any other car stereo, but for some reason when using my Alpine CDE-141 I can only access about 20 of the songs. Am I doing something wrong or is this all that it will ever allow me to play?
