How do I turn on Alexa in Jabra?In the Jabra Sound+ app on your phone, go to Device->Voice Assistant and select "Amazon Alexa" as the voice assistant. You will be prompted to authorize access to Alexa from the Jabra app. After you have changed this setting, you simply press and hold the button on the right earbud to activate Alexa.
How do I register for the 2 year warranty for my Jabra device?
To register for the 2-year warranty, follow these steps.
Make sure your Jabra device is paired with your smartphone.
Open the Jabra Sound+ app.
In the Headset menu, tap the Settings icon on the top right.
Tap Register your Jabra (device name).
Complete the form and accept the terms and conditions.
