When I'm Reading My Mail In Aol And Want To Delete Some Mail That I Don't Want T

when reading aol mail, i click on a mail message I want to delete or move to spam, the check mark either will not go on or it goes on and then comes off and it opens the mail..ready to change to new service, have you had any complaints about this problem
