Lost Baggage
My flight was AA1586 arriving from L.A. to Toronto, arriving at 5:40 on the 28th of January and one of my bags did not arrive,#yyzaa1586 or #qf 931090 was the ticket number. How do I report this? Also can you check at Toronto and see if was sent somewhere else? The bag was small and burgundy with two straps and soft bodied.
