How Do I File A Claim.
i dropped my old phone in the pool in hawaii. this time i was in bathroom at airport and phone fell out of pocket. i am with t mobile and i pay the insurnce

According to the Asurion "Terms and Conditions" The Insured is limited to 3 losses in any consecutive 12 month period. Therefore, you should be able to file a claim for a replacement phone just as you did when you filed the first one.

Please note: All insurance claims go through the company called "Phone Claim"
