You can find a representative in your area to hire you, which is probably much more difficult, or You can go onto the website and fill in the information and an AVON Sales Manager will give you a call within the next week for a meeting. You will need to provide 10-20 bucks (Depending on where you live) To start your business.

Anyone can try to become an Avon Rep at www.startavon.com for $20 with the reference code JEBY. You will need a ss# or Federal Tax I.D. to join. You won't be an employee of Avon, just an Independent sales Rep. Avon does have local District managers who are employees, but those jobs can be hard to get.
