Billing Problem
We are planning on cancelling all our services due to major problems the past SEVEN months. We are good customers always pay on time but never get any service. We have been promised credit for a phone that is discontinued since April & have been promised credit every month since July but nothing & they have even added other items this month November, that don't exist since April. What is so difficult in refunding good clients what they deserve. Our acct. # 107742978.
